Dear members,
We have received one application/appeal for financial help from one shri Sunil Kumar Jaiswal of Kaimur, Bihar who has undergone Kidney operation in AIIMS on 11 April 2005 at New Delhi and is incurring an expenditure on medicines of approximately Rs 8000 per month. As per the records and testimonials sent by him (copies of certificate from the Dr who performed operation and other supporting documents,etc). You all are aware that the financially at a low position to assist the person immediately but I am contributing Rs 501 from my side and you may pool in your contributions so that we may do some thing to help this poor patient.
